Sand Play Therapy

Sandtray Therapy is a an experiential way to explore deep emotional issues. This form of therapy is used with children and adults who would like to resolve issues of deep anger, depression, abuse, grief, or difficult life changes. This is a non-threatening way of treatment for those who are young or have difficulty discussing or comprehending difficult issues, such as domestic violence, childhood abuse, incest, death, or unhealthy thoughts.
